Color Adventure is a coloring and drawing app designed for children and families. We designed the App to avoid collecting personal information from children.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask children to create an account, sign in, enter a name, enter an email address, upload photos, use a camera or microphone, provide precise location, or share free-form messages.
a) Local App Settings
The App stores a small local preference on the device, such as whether music is enabled. This preference stays on the device and is used only to make the App work as selected.
Android system backup may back up app data according to the user's device settings, but we do not receive or control those backups.
b) Drawing and Coloring Activity
Drawings and coloring activity are processed on the device. The current App does not upload drawings to our servers.
c) Advertising Data
The App shows banner advertisements using Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
Because the App is intended for children and families, we configure ad requests for child-directed treatment and set the maximum ad content rating to "G" where supported by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. This is intended to disable personalized advertising and remarketing for child-directed ad requests and to limit ads to content appropriate for children.
Google Mobile Ads / AdMob may automatically collect and share certain information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, such as IP address, app interactions with ads, diagnostic information, and device or app identifiers. Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
We do not knowingly use advertising data to build profiles of children, sell children's personal information, or allow interest-based advertising or remarketing to children.
2. Permissions
The App itself does not request camera, microphone, contacts, phone, SMS, or precise location permissions.
Network access may be used by Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to load advertisements and perform related security, fraud prevention, and measurement functions.
3. Children's Privacy
The App is intended to comply with Google Play Families Policy requirements and applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR where they apply.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
4. How We Use Information
We use information only for these purposes:
- To provide the coloring, drawing, music, and settings features of the App.
- To show child-appropriate contextual advertisements.
- To help ad providers prevent fraud, secure ad delivery, measure ad performance, and maintain service reliability.
- To comply with applicable laws and Google Play requirements.

We do not share children's personal information with third parties for personalized advertising.
Information processed by Google Mobile Ads / AdMob may be transmitted to Google and its ad systems as described in Google's documentation and policies. We do not control Google's independent systems, but we configure the SDK for child-directed ad treatment where supported.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
The App does not create user accounts and does not maintain user profiles on our servers.
Local settings remain on the device until the user changes them, clears the App's data, or uninstalls the App.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or user-generated drawings on our servers, there is no server-side account data to delete.
8. Data Security
The App is designed to minimize data collection. Any data transmitted by Google Mobile Ads / AdMob is handled by Google using transport encryption according to Google's SDK documentation.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights regarding personal data, including access, deletion, correction, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable.
Users may also reset or delete advertising identifiers through Android device settings where available.
10. International Users
The App may be available in multiple countries. Privacy and children's data rules can vary by country. We aim to follow applicable requirements for children's apps, including COPPA in the United States and GDPR where applicable in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
