Welcome to Color Adventure("the App").

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the App, including coloring pages, drawing tools, music, advertisements, and related app features provided through:

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If the App is used by a child, the child's parent or legal guardian agrees to these Terms and is responsible for the child's use of the App.

1. Use of the Application

The App is provided for personal and non-commercial family entertainment and creative activity.

You agree to use the App only in accordance with:

  1. Applicable laws and regulations
  2. These Terms of Use
  3. Google Play policies

You may not:

  1. Modify, copy, sell, rent, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly allows it.
  2. Attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
  3. Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  4. Interfere with the App's operation, security, advertisements, or restrictions.
  5. Distribute malware or malicious code through the App.

2. Child and Family Use

The App is designed for children and families. A parent or legal guardian should review the App and decide whether it is appropriate for the child using it.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's device use and for any settings on the device, Google Play, Family Link, or other parental-control tools.

3. Coloring, Drawing, and App Content

The App provides coloring pages, drawing tools, visual content, and music intended for personal entertainment and creative activity.

Users may use the App to color and draw on their personal devices.

Users may not:

  1. Resell App content.
  2. Redistribute App artwork, sounds, graphics, or other content as standalone commercial content.
  3. Claim ownership of content provided by the App.
  4. Use App content in unlawful, harmful, or misleading ways.

4. No Social Features

The App does not provide chat, social networking, user accounts, free-form public sharing, purchases inside the App, gambling, mature content, or user-generated public content.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, interface, branding, design, graphics, sounds, artwork, and visual content, is protected by intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

You retain any rights you may have in drawings you create using the App. The current App processes drawings on the device and does not upload them to our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as:

  1. Google Play Services
  2. Google Mobile Ads / AdMob

These services may operate under their own Terms and Privacy Policies.

7. Advertisements

The App may display banner advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.

Because the App is intended for children and families, we aim to configure ads in a way that is appropriate for children, including child-directed ad treatment and a general-audience maximum ad content rating where supported.

We do not allow personalized advertising or remarketing to children.

Any interaction with advertisers is solely between the user and the advertiser.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains what information the App and advertising SDKs may process and how parents or guardians can contact us.

9. Availability and Updates

We may:

  1. Modify App features.
  2. Add, remove, or update coloring pages, artwork, music, or tools.
  3. Release software updates.
  4. Temporarily or permanently discontinue certain functionality.

We do not guarantee permanent availability of any specific coloring page, artwork, category, sound, or feature.

10. Disclaimer

The App and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee:

  1. Continuous availability of the App.
  2. Error-free operation.
  3. Compatibility with all devices.
  4. Permanent preservation of drawings or app progress.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  1. Indirect or consequential damages.
  2. Data loss.
  3. Device malfunctions.
  4. Business interruption.
  5. Third-party service interruptions.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

12. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  1. Your use of the App.
  2. Compliance with applicable laws.
  3. Maintaining the security of your device and Google Play account.
  4. Supervising child use where applicable.

You agree not to misuse the App or engage in unauthorized activities.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if required by law or platform policy.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically.
